Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) was awarded the faculty and staff travel program for Texas A&M University. By working with CTP, who conducted a comprehensive unused ticket management review, CTP was able to save $637,000 for Texas A&M and their travel program – resulting in an ROI of a whopping 1,214% in FY2019. Texas A&M needed implementation and cohesiveness across 18 campuses, including a unified travel and expense platform. They also were ready to conduct a thorough review of their unused ticket strategy - which uncovered nearly half a million dollars in savings opportunities. 

The results included:

  • A unified travel technology platform across 18 campuses statewide
  • $637,000 in unused ticket management savings/cost avoidance
  • 124% ROI for Texas A&M and their faculty travel program
