E&I contract partner, Anthony Travel, partners with the University of Cincinnati

Anthony Travel and the University of Cincinnati Athletics are partnering to provide the Bearcats with all-encompassing travel management services. Anthony Travel is the nationally recognized leader in university and sports travel and will have two account managers on-site in the Cincinnati athletics department exclusively dedicated to travel. Anthony Travel, part of On Location, a global provider of premium hospitality, travel and experiences, will also assist with international team tours and offer travel packages for UC fans and donors.

Anthony Travel will support Cincinnati’s transition to the Big 12 Conference through their Preferred Hotel & Motor Coach Connection Programs with negotiated rates and benefits in the cities of their new Big 12 peers. The Bearcats will benefit from streamlined commercial & charter air, hotel, and motor coach travel management planning and operations. Anthony Travel’s extensive work across collegiate athletics will provide data analytics and reporting metrics for cost benchmarking to monitor budgets and leverage savings.

 In July 2023, the Bearcats entered a new era as a Power Five School when they officially joined the Big 12 Conference, positioning Cincinnati among the nation’s premier athletics programs.
